Below 35 yrs women`s age level, the implantation rate per cycle for IVF-ET would be 40% at CL Women’s Hospital(CLWH). The important factors that affect the pregnancy success rate are the infertility case, presence of endometriosis, number of retrieved oocytes, and the quality of the fertilized ovum. The treatment cost will vary by individuals, but it will be around $5000. For IVF-ET there is a base cost and an optional cost that depends on the individual. The medication cost varies as individual ovarian function differs and different amounts of ovulation induction drug is needed.
For the IVF-ET procedures, you need to stay in Korea for about 3 weeks for ovulation induction, oocyte retrieval, and embryo transfer. You can choose to stay at the CLWH residency. Your husband is not involved in IVF-ET after the provision of sperm, so he is free to stay in Korea or return home.
